How to care for your living microgreens:
Water the microgreens daily from the bottom by placing them in a container of water for 10-15 minutes or leaving it sitting in a shallow tray of water (change the water every couple of days). NEVER let the roots dry out!
Storage: stores best on your kitchen counter. Avoid direct sunlight (indirect is ok). Fridges are often too cold and dry for most of our living microgreens.
