Coffee, Fresh - Brazil, Alta Mogiana - Fair Trade - 340 g
Specialty craft coffee roaster.
Fair Trade, Ethically Sourced Coffee from Brazil, Alta Mogiana - 340 g
Flavour profile: Chocolate/Toasted walnut
This is a brightly complex cup of brew. This coffee was processed by the pulped natural method, meaning the skin is removed from the coffee fruit immediately after picking, but the seeds or beans are dried with the sweet pulp, or fruit flesh, still adhering to them. This aids in the development of the sweet tones of the coffee that include an earthy cocoa undertone with a red grape finish.
This coffee is sourced directly from O’Coffee Brazilian Estates in Alta Mogiana. Alta Mogiana is the traditional coffee region covering the northeast of the State of São Paulo and also some cities in the State of Minas Gerais. Their tradition of producing the best coffees comes due to natural conditions such as altitude, climate, and ideal rainfall and as a result of extensive experience in specialty coffee.
All coffees from this producer follow a strict quality control system, with coffee beans being farm-traceable and ethically produced.
